Hillary Vitovsky is the visionary force behind SAMI, Strategic Asset Management Intelligence. With a rich background in finance, law, and real estate, Hillary’s journey towards founding SAMI is marked by her exceptional leadership and strategic acumen. Prior to launching SAMI, Hillary held pivotal roles in esteemed organizations, including Chief Administrative Officer at Rocktop Partners (Hedge Fund), Ursus Holdings (Title Curative Firm), and Shelton, Harrison, Pinson PLLC (Law Firm). Her contributions were instrumental in Rocktop Partners’ remarkable growth, taking the hedge fund from inception to $5 billion and over 26,000 assets under management. Recognized for her ability to connect the dots and optimize returns on investment, Hillary’s expertise became increasingly focused on strategic asset management and disposition.
With a profound disdain for conventional “widget processes” that she believes hinder businesses, Hillary champions innovative technology, collaborative teams, and strategic methodologies. Her dedication to cutting through complexity and implementing effective solutions led her to envision SAMI as a comprehensive technology solution for the secondary mortgage market and legal sectors.
Hillary’s extensive experience encompasses multiple real estate ventures where she founded and served as Chief Executive Officer for companies specializing in tax foreclosures, renovation, flipping, and rental properties. Her multifaceted understanding of the real estate sector from both investor and vendor perspectives uniquely positions SAMI as a wholistic solution.
Hillary is also the published author of “The Hedge Fund Guidebook: A Humanistic Approach (available on Amazon),” further demonstrating her commitment to sharing knowledge and insights within her industry. Her academic credentials include a Masters of Engineering in Construction Management and a Managing Broker’s License.
